Our services include providing proforma documentation to assist the diplomatic entity in applying and securing an import permit (known as a “franquicia”) to import items for the embassy itself as well as personal purchases and curable goods for embassy staff. In addition, we assist embassy personal that are transferring from the United States to their post in Cuba in transporting their personal effects for them and their family
Trade Show / Medical Conference Shipments
We offer safe & reliable transport of trade show displays, promotional items, and audio visual equipment from the United States direct to the company’s stand at the trade show in Cuba. We assist participants in trade fairs operating in venues such as ExpoCuba, PabExpo, and the Hotel Nacional. Moreover, we can return such items back to the offices of the company in the United States.
Commercial Samples
We assist U.S. companies that are submitting commercial samples to Cuban entities in Cuba. Our offices can asset with the transportation of samples and promotional materials. As well, we can assist companies new to these procedures in applying and submitting an application to the DOC/BIS (U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of International Security) in order to secure an export license for compliant transport of such merchandise to Cuba.
Church / Hospital / Scientific / Educational Donations
We strive to assist in the charitable/non-for-profit sector of U.S. philanthropy to many different causes in Cuba. We work closely with churches to make sure all donations are processed correctly through the relevant channels, and make sure the items are received by the authorized recipient. In the same manner, we help move donated medical equipment to hospitals & clinics throughout Cuba. We also organize shipments for scientific collaborations between U.S. and Cuban scientific groups to aid in research. Lastly, we provide support for educational donations such as books & supplies to academic institutions and universities within Cuba.
